Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 23, 2021 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2021, No. 12, h 1, Art. 681; 2022, No. 1-3, of Art. 18; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 24, 2022, No. 1934) the following changes:
1. In Item 26) part 1 and Item 3) parts 2 of Article 189 of the word "Fund of savings of physical persons", "Fund of insurance of savings of physical persons" respectively shall be replaced with words "Fund of deposits insurance and savings of Tajikistan", "Fund of deposits insurance and savings of Tajikistan".
2. In the subitem x) Item 1) of part 2 of Article 204 of the word "Fund of Insurance of Savings of Physical Persons" shall be replaced with words "Fund of deposits insurance and savings of Tajikistan".
Article 2. Enact this Law after 3 months after official publication.
