About modification of Item 29 (3) Rules of content of common property in the apartment house

1. "a) after each calendar year, at the same time the size of recalculation is considered by equal shares in structure of payment for the utility resources consumed during the using and content of common property within the year following after settlement year, and in case of the termination of management of the apartment house by person exercising control of the apartment house is considered as a part of payment for the utility resources consumed during the using and content of common property for the last month of representation for payment by such person of the payment document for introduction of payment for content of premises in such apartment house;".
