I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring of March 30, 2022 No. 114-HK "About approval of Rules of representation by state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data from own information systems and resources at the request of authorized body on financial monitoring" the following change:

in Rules of representation by state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data from own information systems and resources at the request of authorized body on financial monitoring approved by the specified order:

3) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) electronic information resources – the data in electronic and digital form containing on the electronic medium and in objects of informatization;".

2. To provide to department of the operational analysis of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
