Article 1

Bring in article 21.1 of the Federal Law of August 8, 2001 No. 129-FZ "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 33, Art. 3431; 2003, No. 26, Art. 2565; 2005, No. 27, Art. 2722; 2017, No. 1, Art. 29; 2019, No. 46, Art. 6423) following changes:

If the decision on the forthcoming exception is made on non-profit organization in form of business of partnership of owners of the real estate or consumer cooperative, the registering body within three days from the moment of adoption of such decision in addition to making of the actions specified in Item 3 of this Article sends to such legal entity, and also person having the right without power of attorney to act on behalf of such legal entity (including to the e-mail address of such legal entity in the presence of the specified data in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities), the notification on decision making on the forthcoming exception and on possibility of the direction in registering body of the statement in case of continuation of implementation by such legal entity of authorized activities.
