About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About National flag of Turkmenistan"
I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About National flag of Turkmenistan", adopted on February 19, 1992 (in editions of the Law of Turkmenistan adopted on January 24, 2001) (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2001, No. 1, Art. 3; 2011, No. 1, Art. 19), following changes:
1. In the paragraph the second Article 3 in the text in state language of the word "Turkmenistanyn Ministrler kabinetinin" shall be replaced with words "Turkmenistanyn Ministrler Kabinetinin".
2. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Article 4. Prispusk of National flag of Turkmenistan as the share of commemoration is performed in Day of remembrance - on October 6. National flag of Turkmenistan can be lowered a little as mourning action and the share of commemoration in other cases according to the announced decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
