About modification of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About National guard of Ukraine" concerning enhancement of normative legal regulation of activities of National guard of Ukraine

I. Part the second article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About National guard of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 17, Art. 594; 2016, 3, 35) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"2. The procedure for the organization of protection by National guard of Ukraine for nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation of state-owned property, important state objects, objects of critical infrastructure, and also particular loads is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The organization and procedure for service for protection of the nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation of state-owned property, important state objects and particular loads, other objects determined by part one of this Article, protected by National guard of Ukraine of Service are determined by protection of public order and ensuring public safety by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and becomes effective in three months from the date of its introduction in force.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of publication of this law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide acceptance and reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
