About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About judicial and expert activities"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About judicial and expert activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 6, the Art. 606) the following changes:

1) in Article 2:

e) add Article with the paragraph the twentieth the following content:

"Special expert preparation (professional training) - process and result of acquisition by person having certain education, skills of use of knowledge which is available for it in production of examinations of certain sort, type and subspecies that is process of acquisition of profession (qualification) of the expert by it.";

Article 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
