Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 316; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 828; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1006; 2015, No. 11, Art. 972, 2016, No. 5, Art. 370; 2019, No. 1, Art. 33, No. 7, Art. 475; 2020, No. 1, Art. 27) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 4:

- 1) parts 2 after words "this Law" to add Item with the words "in written or electronic form";

- add with part 10 of the following content:

"10. The relevant state bodies represent data to the body performing state registration online through the integrated system of tax information for implementation of state registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, branches and representations of foreign legal entities electronically. The procedure and form of submission of data are determined by body, performing state registration in coordination with the relevant state body.";

- consider part 10 part 11.
