Rules of accession and interaction of communication networks for distribution of programs of television broadcasting and (or) broadcasting

I. General provisions

1. These rules determine procedure for accession of communication networks for distribution of programs of television broadcasting and (or) broadcasting (further - TV and radio broadcasting) and their interactions, procedure for accession of communication networks for distribution of programs of TV and radio broadcasting (further - TV and radio broadcasting communication network) and their interactions with communication network of TV and radio broadcasting of the operator of communication network of the TV and radio broadcasting which is the operator holding essential position in communication network public (further - the operator of communication network of TV and radio broadcasting holding essential position), and also essential conditions of accession of such networks and their interaction.
