I DECIDE:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2006 No. 124 "About approval of Rules of passing of military service in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Rules of passing of military service in the Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

state Item 152-2 in the following edition:

"152-2. Approval of the Presidential reserve is performed by the Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on representation of Department of military safety and defense of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Department of military safety and defense) approved with the special advisor to the president – the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to these rules.";

to state part one of Item 152-4 in the following edition:

"152-4. Forming of the Presidential reserve is performed quarterly taking into account the forecast of the current and perspective demand in candidates for occupation of executive positions of Armed Forces and National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
