About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714
Based on the paragraph of third of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2009 No. 10-Z "About commodity exchanges", parts one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2006 No. 577 "About some questions of activities of the open joint stock company "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In Item 42 of appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" the words "in the domestic market" shall be replaced with words "export, in the domestic market".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
