1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2011 No. 885 "About approval of the Procedure for rendering by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of services in personnel recruitment from among the foreign citizens and stateless persons which do not have permissions to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus":
state the name in the following edition:
"About procedure for rendering services in personnel recruitment";
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on part two of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 "About external labor migration" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 225-Z
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for rendering by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of services in personnel recruitment it (is applied).";
add the resolution with Regulations on procedure for rendering by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of services in personnel recruitment it (is applied);
1.2. to exclude subitems 15.4.4-15.4.7 of Item 15.4 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548,.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
