About modification of the Order of the Government No. 522/2019 about samples of identification documents of national passport system

Based on part (1) article 4 of the Law No. 273/1994 on identification documents of national passport system (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 9, the Art. 89), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 522/2019 about samples of identification documents of national passport system (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 346-351, 855) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) add Item 1 with the subitem 10) of the following content:

"10) sample of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova according to form and content, provided in appendix No. 9-1.";

b) in Item 2 "in Item 1" to replace the text with the text "in subitems 1) - 9) Item 1";

c) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova of the sample provided in the subitem 10) of Item 1, is introduced into circulation in process of exhaustion of inventories of forms (No. sample 6, No. provided in appendix 25), but no later than April 30, 2023.";

d) in item 4:
