About development of the Park of high technologies

For the purpose of ensuring further development of the Park of high technologies I decide:

1. Reorganize public institution "Administration of the Park of high technologies" (further - administration of PVT) by accession to public institution "Secretariat of the Supervisory board of the Park of high technologies" (further - the secretariat of the Supervisory board of PVT).

2. Determine that:

2.1. strategic, organizational and current development of the Park of high technologies is provided with managing company of the Park of high technologies (further - managing company);

2.2. managing company:

promotes commodity export expansion (works, services) made (rendered) residents of the Park high technologies;

will organize the international cooperation of the Park of high technologies directed to export expansion, attraction of foreign investments, providing payment receipt to the Republic of Belarus and coordinates activities of residents of the Park of high technologies for the matters;

represents the Park of high technologies in interaction with foreign partners;

performs actions for strengthening of goodwill of the Park of high technologies and its residents;

assists creation of the subsidiary (parent) companies of residents of the Park of high technologies in foreign jurisdictions for the purpose of commodity export development (works, services), attraction of foreign investments, providing uninterrupted payment receipt for benefit of residents of the Park of high technologies;

will organize actions for investment attraction with participation of the international partners (including incubators, accelerators, venture funds);

is effective according to this Decree and other acts of the legislation, the Charter of managing company;
