1. Suspend till January 1, 2024:
1) Item 9 of the standard agreement of the carrier and the freight forwarder when implementing transportation of goods by railway transport on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international transit message through the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 19, 2019 No. 521 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19082) (further – the Order No. 521), having determined that during suspension this structural element is effective in the following edition:
"9. The freight forwarder makes advance payment to Carrier of the money sufficient for payment of transportation payments in money in national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan – tenge, on the settlement account of Carrier specified in the subitem _ Item __ this Agreement.
The sufficient amount for payment of transportation payments is the amount at least the size of four-day transportation payment. This amount is calculated from actual amount of the transportation carriage charge of loads in the international transit message through the Republic of Kazakhstan for the last 2 (two) months.
Accounting arriving from the Freight forwarder of payment are performed in financial system of Carrier with reflection of information of movement in the Personal account of the Freight forwarder.
