1. the consumers included in the list of power plants on conducting separate accounting of use of commodity gas for power supply of the population, the legal entities, persons performing digital mining;

large commercial consumers on conducting separate accounting of use of commodity gas for production of socially important food products, and also heat and (or) electrical energy for the population and legal entities and other goods;

persons performing digital mining on conducting separate accounting of use of commodity gas on implementation of digital mining and other activities;
