According to the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About bodies of military police", I ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of the organization and ensuring maintenance of columns of military vehicles and vehicles of special purpose, regulation of traffic on highways and streets during passing of these columns, according to appendix to this order.
2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) of July 24, 2017 No. 380 "About approval of Rules of the organization and ensuring maintenance of columns of military vehicles and vehicles of special purpose, regulation of traffic on highways and streets during passing of these columns" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15626);
2) of August 27, 2020 No. 408 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 24, 2017 No. 380 "About approval of Rules of the organization and ensuring maintenance of columns of military vehicles and vehicles of special purpose, regulation of traffic on highways and streets during passing of these columns" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21162).
3. To provide to head department of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;
