About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2019 No. 940

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2019 "About the taxation" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 411

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2019 No. 940 "About functioning of the mechanism of electronic waybills" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

state subitem 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1. subjects of managing of the program and technical means having the right in the presence at them to use electronic waybills, and also in the form of electronic documents the transport (consignment) and (or) other documents confirming movement of goods when implementing mutual trade with other states (further if other is not provided, - transport and other documents);";

in subitem 1.6:

the second or fourth to state paragraphs to part one in the following edition:

"to be signed by the EDS of responsible persons of participants of electronic document management (except for the EDI provider(s) developed according to the national legal system of the State Parties of electronic document management which residents such participants are;

to be transferred from the Republic of Belarus and (or) are received in the Republic of Belarus through EDI providers on condition of establishment of information exchange by such EDI providers with the operator of electronic document management - the nonresident of the Republic of Belarus;

undergo procedure of verification of the EDS by the national operator of the confidential third party for recognition of authenticity of electronic documents in case of interstate electronic interaction (further - the national operator of the confidential third party).";
