About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit

Based on parts (2) and (6) article 7 of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, and parts (2) article 13 of the Law No. 357/2022 on the budget of the national social insurance for 2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 435-437, 803), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1-2 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"1-2. Considering indexation coefficient which makes percentage increase in own budget receipts of the national social insurance for 2022 in comparison with 2021 in the amount of % 15,0, since April 1, 2023 the level of the minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed with coefficient of indexation of 1,15 and after indexation constitutes:

a) on the adult - 1568 lei;

b) on the child - 1631 leu.";

Provision to add 2) with Item 19-3 of the following content:

"19-3. In departure from Item 19-2, in case of indexation of the guaranteed monthly minimum income in April, 2023, the coefficient of indexation will make percentage increase in own budget receipts of the national social insurance for 2022 in comparison with 2021. If when calculating the part of the amount expressed in bonds turns out, then it is rounded to one leu towards increase.".

2. This resolution becomes effective on April 1, 2023.
