About modification of some Orders of the Government (strengthening and increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of Health)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 148/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 346), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 2 of figure "74" to replace with figures "93";

b) to add Item 3 after the words "one secretary general of the ministry" with the text", one deputy secretary general of the ministry";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. Within the Ministry three state secretaries holding responsible state position, one secretary general of the ministry and one deputy secretary general of the ministry who are government employees - upper managers who are appointed to position proceeding from criteria of professionalism according to the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee act.";

b) add with Items 14-1 and 14-2 of the following content:

"14-1. The deputy secretary general of the ministry renders assistance to the minister in implementation of activities for fulfillment of requirements for accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union and submits to the secretary general of the ministry.

14-2. The deputy secretary general of the ministry performs the following powers:

1) is provided by coordinating of process of development and monitoring of fulfillment of requirements for accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union;
