1. Determine that if when carrying out provided by the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" (further - the Federal Law) electronic procedures it is provided tender security on participation in purchase of goods, works, services for ensuring the state or municipal needs (further - purchase), the procurement participants who are the legal entities registered in the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the Russian Federation or the physical persons who are citizens of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the Russian Federation (further - procurement participants) having the right to provide providing requests in the form of money taking into account the following features:

a) money is deposited by procurement participants to account, specified by the customer in the notice on purchase implementation on which transactions with the means arriving to the customer are in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation considered;

b) the application for participation in purchase shall contain information and documents confirming provision of tender security on participation in purchase in the form of electronic documents or in the form of electronic images of paper documents;
