About support of mass media and organizations

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for rendering services in placement (distribution) of advertizing and use of means of collection for placement (distribution) of advertizing (further - collection):

1. Determine that:

1.1. rendering services in placement (distribution) of advertizing is performed based on the agreement containing the cost of services in placement (distribution) of advertizing or condition of determination of such cost.

Placement (distribution) of advertizing of foreign advertisers in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, including placement (distribution) of advertizing on the global computer Internet, is performed based on the agreements on placement (distribution) of advertizing signed between foreign advertisers and advertizing agencies.

Rendering services in placement (distribution) of advertizing without observance of the requirements established in parts one and the second this subitem is illegal and is forbidden;

1.2. funds of collection are in full allocated for support in the form of subsidies:

to legal entities to which functions of editorial offices of mass media are assigned being the state organizations, and are used on financing of production and (or) expense recovery for production of the Belarusian (national) content;

to legal entities to which functions of editorial offices of television mass media are assigned, being the state organizations, on:

acquisition of the equipment used for television production, the software for production of the Belarusian (national) content;

reconstruction, technical retrofitting and upgrade of the fixed business assets;

To the Belarusian state university for the purpose of the organization of educational process on acquisition of the equipment used in television production for faculty of journalism;
