About procedure for the handling of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals

For the purpose of determination of single procedure for the handling of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals:

1. Determine that:

1.1. scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals which are formed in the course of economic activity at legal entities, individual entrepreneurs if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus:

are subject to obligatory delivery to the legal entities having license for activities on procurement (purchase) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (further - activities) which constituting service is procurement (purchase) at legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their primary conversion;

are shipped according to job specifications on delivery (shipment) and use of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals;

are subject to accounting, storage, use and delivery (shipment) according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

1.2. scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals which are formed in the course of life activity at physical persons can be handed over only to legal entities having license for activities which constituting service is procurement (purchase) at legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their primary conversion or procurement (purchase) at physical persons of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals;

1.3. the fulfilled lead rechargeable batteries with electrolyte which are formed in process:

economic activity at legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, are subject to obligatory delivery to the legal entities having license for activities which constituting service is procurement (purchase) at legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their primary conversion;
