About modification of some regulations (about regime of foreigners)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 179-181, 610), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Article 6:

in Item b) after the words "or receivers of humanitarian protection" to add with the words "or confirmation of the right of stay in the territory of the Republic of Moldova";

in Item c) shall be replaced with words the words "also provide proofs of availability" "and also proofs of availability".

2. In part (Article 16 of the word "diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Moldova" to exclude 3).

"j) the foreigners who are taking up position of the honorary consul of the Republic of Moldova.".

6. In Article 31:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) the Right to temporary stay in the Republic of Moldova is granted based on the visa on long-term stay according to the petition of the foreigner for the purpose of for which it was issued, according to Article 19, except the cases provided by Articles 36-1, 42-1, 42-2, 87 and Chapter IV-1.";
