Art. I. - The law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (1994, No. 2, Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to add the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova with Article 7-2 of the following content:

"Article 7-2. Obligation apply equal discounts to all payment instruments and means

In case of sale goods/rendering services business entities shall:

a) apply equal discounts to all payment instruments and means, without the right to apply additional discounts when implementing cash payment;

b) show to buyers and inform them on all payment instruments and means which can be used in the place of payment.".

Art. II. - Items a), b) and j) article 30 of the Law on production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products No. 1100/2000 (repeated publication: 2010, 293), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 98-99, in the following edition:

"a) in the small retail trade items, except as specified, provided in part (1) article 21-5 of the Law on domestic trade No. 231/2010 and in Item b) this Article;

b) in pavilions with a total area less than 20 square meters inclusive, except as specified, provided in part (1) article 21-5 of the Law on domestic trade No. 231/2010;";
