About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 65-1 with part (4) the following content:
"(4) In case of application of punishment in the form of deprivation of the right of control of vehicles or in case of cancellation of this right as additional punishment to penalty or unpaid work for benefit of society its term is estimated from the date of finding in the judgment of final nature, and in case of its application as additional to imprisonment its term is estimated from the moment of departure of primary punishment.".
2. Part disposition (1) Article 181-1 after words "within elections", to add with the words "including regional".
3. In disposition of Article 266 of the word "in parts (3) and (5) Articles 264," shall be replaced with words "in parts (1), (3) and (5) Articles 264,".
Art. II. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Add the code with Article 16-1 of the following content:
"Article 16-1. Tort liability of the owner of the vehicle
(1) In departure from article 16 provisions responsibility for the offenses established by the certified/approved technical means and/or appropriate means of measurement which underwent metrological checking or etalonirovanny according to provisions of regulations is assigned in the form of penalty for offense to physical or legal person owner of the vehicle on which the offense is made if within 60 working days it does not report the identity of person managing the vehicle at the time of making of offense according to requirements of Article 443-1.
