About modification of the Regulations on appointment conditions, procedure for calculation and allowance payment on temporary disability approved by the Order of the Government No. 108/2005

Based on the Law No. 289/2004 on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 168-170, 773), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on appointment conditions, procedure for calculation and allowance payment on temporary disability approved by the Order of the Government No. 108/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 24-25, 162), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the Provision:

shall be replaced with words the words "territorial cash desk" in any grammatical form "The national cash desk of social insurance" in the corresponding grammatical form;

after the words "National Cash Desk" in any grammatical form to add with words of "social insurance";

2) in Item 9 the second offer to state in the following edition:

"Allowance payment is resumed based on the statement or the oral address of the receiver or the statement of the representative authorized by the power of attorney and the identity certificates of the applicant submitted to territorial cash desk of social insurance at the place of residence and is made backdating for the period, not exceeding three years preceding month of the address, but not earlier than month of suspension.";

The text "in Item 12" to replace 3) in Item 14 with the text "in Items and), c) d) and (е) Item 12";

"The head of territorial cash desk" shall be replaced with words 4) in Item 23 of the word "responsible persons of National cash desk of social insurance";

To add 5) with Item 46-1 of the following content:

"46-1. The benefit on motherhood is estimated from the insured income of that from insured spouses which income will determine the largest size of benefit by motherhood.
