6) the notarized copy of the document confirming passing qualification examination on judgeship (in case of availability);

7) the copy of the document confirming the passing qualification examination or certification on the lawyer or the notary, or the license for the lawyer or the notary received from the corresponding information systems through lock of "the electronic government" (in case of availability);
