In the list of separate types of the medical products coming from foreign states concerning which restrictions of the admission for the purposes of implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs, No. 102 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2015 "About restrictions and conditions of the admission of separate types of the medical products coming from foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 6, Art. 979 are set; 2019, No. 27, Art. 3578; 2020, No. 27, Art. 4245; 2021, No. 11, Art. 1828; No. 36, Art. 6406; 2023, No. 3, of the Art. 569) to exclude the following line items:

If the subject of one contract (one lot) includes the radio-electronic products provided by Items 5, 7 - 9, 13 (regarding storage systems of data), the customer rejects all requests containing offers on delivery of radio-electronic products (except for containing the offer on delivery of radio-electronic products of the first level) provided that on participation in purchase it is given 1 (or more) the request which meets requirements of the notice on implementation of purchase, documentation on purchase (if the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" provides documentation on purchase) and which at the same time:

contains the offer on delivery of the corresponding radio-electronic products only of the first level;

does not contain offers on delivery of the other radio-electronic products coming from foreign states (except for state members of the Eurasian Economic Union) if the subject of one contract (one lot) includes other radio-electronic products in addition to the radio-electronic products specified in paragraph one of this Item.
