For the purpose of implementation of article 24 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About estimative activities", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out certification of appraisers in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 10, 2022 No. 312 the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word "January 1" "on July 1";
2) according to the procedure of carrying out certification of appraisers in the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 19 in the following edition:
"19. Till January 1, 2025 applicants with the higher education, last training courses by assessment and also which do not have the criminal records conforming to requirements to length of service are allowed to passing qualification examination.
Requirements to length of service for applicants:
- on the appraiser of personal and real estate of the second category - without presentation of requirements to length of service;
- on the appraiser of the first category - length of service in the field of estimative activities at least three years;
- on the appraiser of the highest category - length of service in the field of estimative activities at least five years.
Since January 1, 2025 the applicants conforming to the following requirements are allowed to passing qualification examination:
1) on the appraiser of personal and real estate of the second category:
