1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. "About establishment of the list of actions for rational (steady) use of the natural resources and environmental protection financed by means republican and local budgets" to state Item of 1 appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2011 to No. 26 in the following edition:
"1. In the field of protection and use of subsoil:
carrying out geological studying of subsoil, including creation (updating) of technical and economic reports on feasibility of carrying out detailed investigation of minerals and (or) geothermal resources of subsoil, feasibility statements on development of mineral deposits and (or) geothermal resources of subsoil;
ensuring scientific maintenance of works on geological studying of subsoil;
development of mineral resources, including development and enhancement of technology solutions on enrichment of mineral raw materials;
carrying out the analysis and assessment of level of use of minerals on the developed mineral deposits, security of the Republic of Belarus with minerals.";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503 "About questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus":
