In the Social Mortgage direction it is planned to realize the "Rent Housing with the Subsequent Redemption" mechanism generally. The Preferential Mortgage direction will be implemented mainly through system of contractual housing savings. In the Available Mortgage direction housing financing will be available to all citizens of the country regardless of the sphere of labor activity.";
