ORDER OF THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEE OF SANITARY AND EPIDEMIOLOGIC CONTROL OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of the order of the acting chairman of Committee sanitarno - epidemiological control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2022 No. KR DSM-32 "About approval of the Procedure for creation of monitoring groups and carrying out monitoring"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting chairman of Committee sanitarno - epidemiological control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2022 No. KR DSM-32 "About approval of the Procedure for creation of monitoring groups and carrying out monitoring" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 27594) the following change:

3) of Item 2 of the Procedure for creation of monitoring groups and carrying out the monitoring approved by the specified order to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) electronic information resources (further - information resource) - the data in electronic and digital form containing on the electronic medium and in objects of informatization.".

2. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal support division of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
