1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on export (export) of mineral fertilizers from the Kyrgyz Republic out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" of February 17, 2023 No. 88 the following change:

in appendix to the above-stated resolution:

- "3105300000 - водородфосфат diammonium (diammonium phosphate)" to exclude line item.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Eurasian economic commission and the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization on modification of the above-stated resolution;

2) in accordance with the established procedure to notify Committee on protective measures of the World Trade Organization on the measures for regulation of foreign trade activity taken by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to this resolution.
