in the Standard regulations on Funds of development of regions approved by the above-stated resolution:

"1) on Funds of development of the region - from established by the relevant authorized state body concerning public finances, forecasting and budget implementation of amount of means in the republican budget for this group, and also in addition according to decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for areas where assignments on content of infrastructure of local value from developers of large-scale deposits arrive;";
