To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to allocate in 2005 for payment of grants to students of organizations of the higher and secondary professional education 612000 (six hundred twelve thousand) somoni at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided for realization of structural reform in the field of social protection.
3. To the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan together with other ministries and departments having organizations of the higher and secondary professional education in the subordination in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve the Instruction about payment procedure of grants to students of organizations of the higher and secondary professional education, within the means provided in the government budget taking into account support of students from among orphans and needy families.
