1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of Public service of financial investigation under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 18, 2021 No. 143 the following changes:

The subitem 3 of Item 1 to declare 1) invalid;

2) in Regulations on Public service of financial investigation under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the subitem 4 of Item 17 of the word "the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the public civil service and municipal service";
