About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather state monitoring system of the environment, information on state of environment (ecological information) and information support of management in the field of the environment

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Water code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 24, the Art. 189):

Chapter 3 to add 1) with Article 13-5 of the following content:

"Article 13-5. Information support of management in the field of use and protection of waters and reproduction of water resources

For the purpose of information support of acceptance of management decisions, ensuring transparency of data and exchange of information about condition of waters, and also other information requirements of management in the field of use and protection of waters and reproduction of water resources are used modern information technologies, in particular the automated information systems in the field of use and protection of waters and reproduction of water resources.

Within information obtained in the field of use and protection of waters and reproduction of water resources and use for information needs of management in the field of protection of the surrounding environment in the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine technological compatibility is provided and information exchange of the automated information systems in the field of use and protection of waters and reproduction of water resources with the nation-wide ecological automated information and analytical system of ensuring acceptance of management decisions and access to ecological information and with its network is performed";

Item 3 parts one of Article 15-1 to state 2) in the following edition:
