Article 1

Article 8 to add 1) with part four of the following content:

"Use of natural resources is performed on condition of accomplishment of actions for protection of objects of plant and animal life and the circle of their dwelling. The approximate list of such actions affirms the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of studying, use, reproduction and protection of natural resources.";

Part the second Article 22 to add 2) with Item 15 of the following content:

"15) accomplishment of actions for protection of objects of plant and animal life and the circle of their dwelling according to part four of article 8 of this Law.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2023.
