1) regarding 1 Article 3.5:

a) paragraph one after words "part 3 of Article 14." To add 51, with words "part 2 of Article 14.55. 2,";

2) in Article 14.55.2:

c) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. Inclusion by the head contractor, contractor in cost of production (realization) of products according to the state defense order of the costs which are not connected with its production (realization), the entailed receipt of the excessive income in the amount of more than one million rubles, except as specified, stipulated in Article 14.31 of this Code -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials in the amount of fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from three million to five million rubles.";

d) add with the note of the following content:

"Note. The excessive income in part 2 of this Article the income determined as difference between income gained as a result of the illegal actions provided by the specified part, and the income which would be created without such illegal actions is recognized.".
