Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 7, 2022 No. 377-FZ "About features of obligation fulfillment according to credit agreements (loan agreements) by persons which are called up for military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, persons participating in special military operation and also members of their families and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 41, Art. 6939; No. 43, Art. 7269; No. 47, Art. 8108) following changes:

Paragraph one of part 2 Articles 1 after words of "execution by the borrower" to add 1) with the words "and all persons participating in the obligation on the party of the borrower";

Part 2 of article 2 after the words "them credit agreements" to add 2) with words ", and also the obligations which are not relating to the group of people determined by item 4 of part 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law, the full age children, parents or adoptive parents of the serviceman participating in the obligation according to the credit agreement on the party of the borrower who is this serviceman".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
