Bring in Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notariate of February 11, 1993 No. 4462-I (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 10, Art. 357; Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 27, Art. 2717; 2007, No. 1, Art. 21; 2015, No. 1, Art. 10; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4265, 4293, 4294; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5131; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4128; No. 52, Art. 7798; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5233, 5306; 2023, No. 1, Art. 35) following changes:

Part the eighth Article 16 to add 1) with offers of the following content: "Taking into account amount of nomenclature cases of the notary, and also the term which remained before achievement of age limit of continuance in office of the notary by it the notarial chamber has the right to make the decision on production of the specified copies and on their transfer on storage to notariate unified information system by the authorized employee of notarial chamber according to rules of notarial clerical work. The notarial chamber shall ensure safety of the notarial documents transferred to the authorized employee of notarial chamber.";
