Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 29, 2008 No. 57-FZ "About procedure of foreign investments in the economic societies having strategic importance for ensuring defense of the country and safety of the state" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 18, Art. 1940; 2011, No. 47, Art. 6612; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6153; 2017, No. 27, Art. 3952; No. 30, Art. 4445; 2018, No. 23, Art. 3229; No. 49, Art. 7523; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5014; 2021, No. 11, Art. 1705; No. 27, Art. 5167; 2022, No. 41, Art. 6951; No. 50, Art. 8792; 2023, No. 1, Art. 24) following changes:

Part 9 of article 2 after the words "having also other nationality" to add 1) with the words "either the residence permit or other valid document confirming the right to permanent residence in foreign state";

2) in Article 3:

a) in Item of 1 part of 1 word "the countries and safety" shall be replaced with words "the countries and (or) safety";

b) to add Item 5 of part 2 with the words "or the received residence permit or other valid document confirming the right to permanent residence in foreign state";

3) in Article 15:

a) add part 1 with the offer of the following content: "The actions specified regarding 3.1 articles 7 of this Federal Law and made with violation of requirements of this Federal Law do not attract legal effects from the moment of their making.";

b) add with parts 1.1 - 1.3 following of content:
