1.1. This Provision is developed according to articles 9, of 31 Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About electric communication", Item 5 of the Provision "About the Agency of Regulation of Communication under the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan" and determines procedure for allocation, use and payment of resources of numbering of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1.2. Regulation of numerical resource of the Republic of Tajikistan is exclusive right of the state and is performed according to "The plan of numbering of communication networks of the Republic of Tajikistan".

1.3. The numerical resource of the Republic of Tajikistan is part of resource of numbering of the international communication network and consists of resources:

- numberings of local telephone network;

- numberings of mobile cellular network;

- numberings of prefix through "29 XX";

- long-distance zone codes;

- code of networks (MCC-MNC) for mobile communication;

- code points of the All-channel alarm system (Construction Department);

- numbers for universal and services.
