About measures for providing with all-civil foreign passports the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who are temporarily living outside the republic

For the purpose of timely providing with all-civil foreign passports the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who are temporarily living outside the republic, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to take measures for opening of the temporary centers in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Astrakhan and Saratov of the Russian Federation, in the city of Minsk of the Republic of Belarus, in the cities of Astana and Almaty of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also in the city of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic, having staffed them by the most trained staff of bodies of internal and foreign affairs.

2. To establish rate for registration and issue of the all-civil foreign passport to the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who are temporarily living outside the republic in the amount of 50 US dollars and the state fee in the amount of triple indicator for calculation.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to make collection of payment for registration and issue of all-civil foreign passports and the state fee in national currency of adoptive state on the official rate at the time of filing of application.

4. The means obtained for issue of all-civil foreign passports to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, which are temporarily living outside the Republic of Tajikistan are distributed as follows:

- 25 US dollars and the state fee in the amount of three indicators for calculation - are subject to transfer in the income of the republican budget;
