About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 324/2022 about government service of mobile electronic identity and the signature (MobiSign)

Based on Items c) and d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 324/2022 about government service of mobile electronic identity and the signature (MobiSign) (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 151-157, 382) to make the following changes:

The paragraph of the seventh to exclude 1) in introduction;

2) in Item 26:

after the text to add "the service MobiSign application installed on the user's device" with the text "used for authentication and authorization of access to the closed key which is stored at the supplier";

the second offer to exclude;

Item 32 to add 3) with the offer of the following content: "Couple of keys generated on the user's device are used only for authentication and authorization of safe access to the closed key which is stored in the hardware module of safety (HSM) and is used for creation of the digital signature.";

Item 34 to state 4) in the following edition:

"34. The closed key generated on the party of the holder of the service MobiSign is created with use of the program technical means providing access to it is exclusive at the request of the user. According to the procedure, established by the regulatory base in the field of the digital signature, only the open key which is generated on the hardware module of safety (HSM) is subject to certification process.".
