ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification of some Orders of the Government and recognition voided the Orders of the Government No. 1203/2003 about import and export of breeding resources

Based on Item a) parts (3) article 60 of the Law No. 213/2022 on livestock production (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 267-273, 556) DECIDES: the Government

1. In formula of adoption of the Order of the Government No. 677/2008 about approval of the Sanitary and veterinary regulation on protection of laying hens (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 106, the Art. 691), with subsequent changes, the text "The law No. 412-XV of May 27, 1999 on livestock production (1999, Art. No. 73-77, 347)" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

2. In formula of adoption of the Order of the Government No. 859/2008 about approval of the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing the minimum requirements on protection of the pigs intended for cultivation and fattening (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 127-130, 855), with subsequent changes, the text "The law No. 412-XV of May 27, 1999 on livestock production (1999, Art. No. 73-77, 347)" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. In formula of adoption of the Order of the Government No. 1275/2008 about approval of Veterinary sanitary standard on protection of farm animals (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 210, the Art. 1299), with subsequent changes, the text "The law No. 412-XV of May 27, 1999 on livestock production (1999, Art. No. 73-77, 347)" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. In formula of adoption of the Order of the Government No. 1325/2008 about approval of the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing the minimum requirements on protection of the calfs intended for cultivation and fattening (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 215-217, 1341), with subsequent changes, the text "The law on livestock production No. 412-XV of May 27, 1999. (1999, Art. No. 73-77, 347)" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
