About introduction of amendments to the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding case.

2. In part (3) Article 6 of the word "and also from other legal income gained when implementing the functions provided by Items h) and l) Article 13." shall be replaced with words "income gained when implementing the functions provided by Items h) and l) Articles 13, and also from other income gained by administration in case of execution of the functions.".

3. Part (Article 7 to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) the Residents of the park registered and having the location (legal address) in the Republic of Moldova perform as the main activities one or several types of activity, stipulated in Article 8, including with employees engagement, performing remote work in the territory of the Republic of Moldova and/or beyond its limits.".

4. In Article 8:

in the prolog of the word "according to KEDM, edition 2" shall be replaced with words "according to KEDM-2";

add Article with Items o) and p) the following content:

"o) post-production fabrication stage of movies, video and television programs (59.12), only for the industry of computer games, limited to the following services:

- services in digital color correction and retouching (59.12.13);

- services in sound direction and processing of sound (59.12.17);

p) activities in the field of sound recording and music records (59.20), only for the industry of computer games, limited to original sound recording (59.20.13).".

5. Item a) Article 13 to declare invalid.
