About modification of some Orders of the Government (reduction in compliance of the existing regulatory base in the field of traffic)

Based on Item b) article 5 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the subitem 1) Item 105 of the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 92-93, 409), with subsequent changes, the text "and having special coloring, in case of accomplishment of urgent office tasks" to replace with the text "and which, depending on circumstances, have special coloring, during execution of urgent office tasks".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 500/2018 about approval of the Regulations on general requirements to equipment of vehicles with the priority mode of movement and special vehicles (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 176-180, 551), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) change is made only in the text in Romanian;

2) in the Provision:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The purpose of the Provision is ensuring identification in traffic of the special vehicles having depending on circumstances, special sound and light devices, tsveto-graphical schemes, identification marks and texts for the purpose of safety of traffic during departure to the scene in urgent office tasks or for transportation of valuable cargoes.";

b) Item 3:

in the subitem 6) the text", work and social protection" to exclude;

add with subitem 10-1 of the following content:

"10-1) services intended for transportation of valuable cargoes (special collector vehicles)";
