3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2002 of N941 "About Procedure for Issue to Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons of the Work Permit" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 1, the Art. 134).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 15, 2007.
